What we do

The flagship of the practice.

We work alongside the architect, the interior designer and the pre-opening team — not around them — to develop the visual identity of a property through art.

  • Art directionA single coherent register that runs from lobby to guest room.
  • Anchor commissionsFor the spaces that carry the property's story — the lobby, the dining room, the lounge.
  • Supporting worksScaled and sited for corridors, lifts, guest rooms and transitional spaces.
  • Site-specific workComposed for the spaces the architecture invites.
  • Material curationFinishes, frames and mounts.
  • Production managementIn our studio and across our network of galleries, consultants and artists.
  • Handover & installation guidanceFinished works delivered to site. Specifications and on-call support provided to your team, signed off and documented for maintenance.
How an engagement runs

Five stages. Phasing confirmed at proposal.

A ninety-day check-in follows handover. Maintenance documentation is provided.

01

Brief & site.

We walk the property — physically where geography allows, virtually where it doesn't. We meet the team and read the architecture.

02

Concept.

A moodboard and zone-by-zone direction, developed in one to two weeks. Reviewed internally before it reaches you.

03

Proposal.

A written scope. Zone breakdown, anchor and supporting works specified, timeline, investment, payment milestones.

04

Production.

Eight weeks to six months in the studio, depending on the work. Weekly progress photographs through delivery.

05

Handover & installation guidance.

Finished works delivered to site. Installation is carried out by your on-site team, with specifications and on-call support from ours.

Engagements we take

Across the hospitality register.

The earlier we're brought in, the more integrated the result. Most engagements begin in schematic design or design development. We can come in later if the spaces and budgets allow.

  • Hotels & resortsFull-property programmes from pre-opening through opening.
  • Restaurants & barsDining rooms, lounges, private rooms and façade work.
  • Spas & wellnessQuieter palettes and restorative material registers.
  • Lobbies & arrival sequencesSingle-zone anchor commissions or comprehensive programmes.
  • F&B groupsMulti-outlet identity work across a portfolio.
Timelines

Six to eighteen months. A single lobby anchor at the short end. A full hotel programme at the long.

We confirm phasing in the proposal and we honour it. Most hospitality programmes run six to eighteen months from sign-off to handover.

Production scales with the property. The earlier we're brought in, the more integrated the result.
