03

Proposal.

Room breakdown, anchor and supporting works specified, timeline, payment milestones.

Finished works delivered to site. Installation by your on-site team, with specifications and on-call support from ours.

Engagements we take

Across the residential register.

Some begin in design development; some begin once the home is built and the walls are waiting.

  • VillasFull-home art programmes, often coordinated through the architect or interiors team.
  • Large apartments & penthousesMulti-room compositions, with attention to the spaces guests see first.
  • Multi-floor homesCoherent direction across levels, often anchored around stairwells or atriums.
  • Heritage residencesSensitive integration into existing architecture and material palettes.
  • Second homesQuieter registers, scoped for slower use.
Timelines

Two to ten months. A single anchor at the short end. A full multi-room programme at the long.

We confirm phasing in the proposal and we honour it.

Most residential programmes begin in design development. Some begin once the home is built and the walls are waiting.
