A composed wall arrangement for a residential project — The Artemist Edit
The Artemist · The Edit Section 02 · For designers and architects
A commission programme

Art for the rooms you've designed.

The Artemist Edit is a curated commission programme for interior designers, architects and decorators. Four to six works composed around a single project. One Edit per home.

How an Edit works

Four to six pieces. One brief. One delivery.

Every Edit is composed around a single residential or commercial project. You bring the floor plans, the references, the brief. We come back within five working days with a composed Edit — an anchor work made for the largest wall (by our in-house studio, an established artist or an upcoming voice), two to four supporting works sized to the rooms they'll live in, and one or two pieces drawn from the studio's existing collection where it fits.

How we work with designers

Some designers keep the full client relationship. Others prefer we handle the work directly with the homeowner.

We're flexible on structure. The right shape gets discussed at scoping, on a project-by-project basis.

Every Edit is composed in one of three tiers — Entry, Standard or Elevated — depending on scale and number of supporting works. Projects larger than the Edit envelope escalate to The Artemist Consultancy.

Recently composed.

Each Edit is named after its location and month. Hand-curated.

Who is it for?

Design professionals. Homeowners are pointed to Bespoke for a single piece, or to the Consultancy for a full programme.

Your Edit is presented within five working days of the scoping call — moodboard, scope, terms, lead time and total.

Six to ten weeks from sign-off, with photographs at sketch, mid-stage and finishing.

What if the project is larger than an Edit?

Either — we are flexible on structure, and it is agreed at scoping on a project-by-project basis.
